If you are running late or need to reschedule please contact your stylist directly using their contact info below. All appointments rescheduled or cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged 50%. For best results we recommend arriving with clean dry hair, styled as usual (product is ok). At minimum please be sure your hair has been washed and fully detangled within a week of your service. We are highly trained in working with tight curl naturals, our chairs and furniture are fat friendly by having removable armrests that can hold up to 800lbs, we offer gender affirming hair, makeup, and waxing services. Our layout and structure was designed with disability access in mind. We also have a private room available for anyone who may have sensitivities to stimulation or needs privacy for other reasons.

Cancellation Policy
